What we collect
- Email address, if you ask for beta access or buy a licence.
- Licence and activation data, so a licence runs on the machines you are entitled to.
- Diagnostic data you choose to send when reporting a crash or a bug.
- Site analytics in aggregate, without cookies or cross-site tracking.
What we do not collect
We do not receive your broker credentials. The application connects to your broker from your machine using credentials you supply, and those credentials are not transmitted to us. We do not collect your order history, positions or account balances.
Processors
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, who receives the billing information needed to process your purchase. Licensing, email delivery and hosting are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. [List the named providers here before publishing.]
Retention and your rights
We keep customer records for as long as needed to support the licence and meet tax and accounting obligations. Write to support@tidemarkterminal.com to request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted.
